Jim Tressel Receives Raise

Ohio State University football coach Jim Tressel has received a $1 million-plus a year raise on the eve of the Buckeyes’ season opener Aug. 30.

Tressel has agreed to an amended contract that will make him the highest paid coach in the Big Ten conference, said a release from the university Friday.
